Amber Medinas

Amber has been contributing to patients’ recovery and wellness at Alpine Chiropractic Center since 2012. Since receiving her degree in massage therapy at Alaska Career College, she has been honing her skills to get patients out of pain and back into the Alaskan lifestyle. She helps her patients through massagetherapy by improving flexibility, addressing muscle adhesions, trigger points, decreasing recovery time and improving circulation.

Amber grew up in Wasilla. She and her husband raise their two children here. Amber and her family love to snowboard, snow machine, camp and fish. She also attends ground school at Alyeska Helicopters in her free time.

Stephanie graduated from Heritage Institute for Massage Therapy in Virginia in 2007. There she received an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies. It was Stephanie’s mother who first inspired her to enter a career in massage therapy. As a hairdresser, her mother would come home after a hard day and have Stephanie work on her neck and shoulders. Seeing the difference massage made prompted her to work in the Massage Wellness field. Since 2008, Stephanie has been using a variety of techniques such as Graston, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage, Sports Massage, Zen Touch Shiatsu and many more to meet each patients specific needs. She has recently completed training to become a Graston Technique Specialist. Stephanie moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 2012 and used massage to bring relief to neurology patients. She is now settled in Wasilla and bringing her knowledge to help her new community. In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking.



Wendy Wanted to be a massage therapist since she was 14 years old. She became interested in massage therapy when her sister had a neck & back injury and she wanted to be able to help her without casuing her pain. After high school, Wendy attended Career Training Academy in Pittsburgh, PA for 15 months & graduated in 2006. She practiced Massage Therapy in Pittsburgh for about a year before marrying her high school sweetheart. The military brought her and her family to Alaska where she started her massage career again. Wendy uses a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and TMJ.

Her and her family fell in love with Alaska, especially the summers and want to raise their daughter here. Wendy enjoys taking pictures, doing crafts with her daughter, relaxing on the weekends, watching movies with her family and spending time with her daughter, husband, mother and their 3 little dogs.

Elisa King

Elisa King Massage TherapistElisa’s passion to help people led her to obtain a degree from Alaska Career College an begin her second career as a licensed massage therapist. She graduated June 2019 and completed 920 hours. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association AMTA and Palmer Chamber of Commerce.

She has been trained in a range of modalities including Swedish massage, prenatal, hot stone, Shiatsu, reflexology, cupping and aromatherapy. She has received training in Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ), TRE tension & trauma release exercises and Elisa is currently specializing in Myofascial release, John F. Barn’s approach She also practices various forms of energy work such as Reiki & Bars.

Elisa enjoys doing yoga, meditation, reading, cycling and dancing to Latin music. Elisa believes in healing from within to properly maintain overall wellness.
